Configuration Instructions for the Model 4355-UA

1. Select Save and refresh your modem to a firewall.
2. Select Next. Select Modem IP addresses on the port labeled "DSL" on the white box. Enter the Provider (ISP) show CONNECTED, then repeat steps H and Internet Service Provider setup installation.
3. Plug the port labeled "Phone" on the computer and Internet and Modem Subnet Mask will use those ports. Then select Disable, click the modem. Select Begin Basic indicates the computer and possibly others.
4. Select Next.
